Delivery and ownership retention

A delivery period specified by N-Gear will as far as possible be observed. Orders from www.-n-gear.eu are delivered only in EU countries. N-Gear will arrange for delivery at the address you specify in the an EU country. N-Gear strives for a delivery period of 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your order.
If N-Gear delivery can not be made available within 30 days of conclusion of the purchase agreement, you are entitled to discontinue the sale. The right to ownership in respect of ordered products only passes if you have fulfilled all the obligations you owe to  N-Gear under the agreement.
The risk of the ordered products will be transferred to you at the time of delivery to you or the designated person.
N-Gear calculates delivery costs depending on the product and / or delivery location. We do not charge packaging costs.

Track & trace

N-Gear sends by default with DHL. By email you will receive a DHL track & trace code. If you have not received track & trace code then you can contact us. If you want more detailed information then you can call DHL Parcel Customer Service 088 34 53 300.

Complaints

We recommend that you first notify us by emailing info@n-gear.eu. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible as of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
